BOXES & PLATTERS
Brown Box Bakes’ BRUNCH | BOXES & BAKES can be ordered directly via the website and are paid in full at checkout. PLATTER BOARDS are available via our request form - once your form has been received with all the information required, an invoice will be sent with the final cost. To secure your date, the payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice and you will receive full confirmation.
If your booking is cancelled 7+ days before the event is due to take place, you will receive a 50% refund with the remaining 50% balance transferable to another date. If you cancel within 3-7 days prior to your delivery | collection - we will give you the option to re-arrange your booking date. If you cancel 48hrs before your order is due to be delivered | collected, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or a rescheduled date. We cannot offer full refunds on any orders, unless in the unlikely event of cancellation by BBB.
BBB’s responsibility for GRAZING BOXES & PLATTER BOARDS and their contents ends at the point of delivery to the address as explained below in the DELIVERY POLICY.
GRAZING BOXES are delivered 7 days a week. The cost of delivery WITHIN 12 MILES of WD19 6ST is £3.95. BRUNCH BOXES are delivered 9AM - 11AM (earlier | later requests are welcome) All other BOXES | BAKES are delivered between 9AM - 4PM. A delivery window will be provided up to 24hrs before, and collection is available if the delivery timings do not suit your plans. BBB will attempt delivery at the address provided on the booking - if nobody answers they will attempt to deliver the box/platter to a neighbour (if stated in delivery notes). If unsuccessful, the box or platter will be left outside the delivery address in a safe place. BOXES & PLATTER BOARDS must be kept flat and refrigerated upon delivery, (when marked with a mini fridge sticker) if not being consumed instantly.
Grazing tables are available via our request form - once all details for your event have been confirmed, an invoice will be sent with the final balance. Full payment is required if your event is less then 8 weeks away to secure your booking. If your booking is 8 weeks+ away you can secure the booking date with a 50% deposit. Please note your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance will be due 28 days before your event. If your booking is cancelled once you have paid your balance up to 14 days before it is due to take place, you will receive a 50% refund and the remaining 50% will be transferrable to another date. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to your TABLE we will give you the option to re-arrange your booking date. Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued. Failure to pay the balance (if applicable) when it is due could result in your booking slot being filled and loss of deposit.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
BOXES - £3.95
PLATTERS - £5.00 within 5 miles + 0.45p per extra mile
TABLES - £10.00 within 5 miles + 0.45p per extra mile.
HOW DO I BOOK?
If you require a grazing box they can be purchased via the website.
If you require a GRAZING PLATTER | TABLE - please fill in the booking form with all the information required, and I will respond to your enquiry via email as soon as possible.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?
At least 48-72 hours - more time the better to avoid disappointment and ensure you reserve your spot.
Larger events - 1+ month, but again, the more time the better.
ARE YOU FULLY INSURED AND REGISTERED CATERER
Yes, I am fulled insured. I also have a current 5* food hygiene and health & safety training requirements.
PLATTER vs. TABLES
Platters are available when catering up for smaller parties - 6-20 people.
Afternoon Tea Tables start from 8+ people | 20+ people for savoury Tables.
Platters are delivered already assembled, ready for you to place out for your event - foliage set up can be added on request at an additional cost.
Tables are set up as flat lays on wax paper with recyclable bowls and serving cutlery - ready to roll up and dispose after your event. Looking for something a little more special? You can upgrade to table-scaping to include Boards | Jars | Ceramic Bowls etc - this is an additional cost and the items must be returned the following day to WD19 6ST or collection is available, but a fuel charge will be applied.
HOW LONG DOES A GRAZING TABLE TAKE TO SET UP?
This is dependant on Table size. Unloading can take from 15-30mins. The graze itself can take anything from 1-3 hours (give or take.) Your grazing table can be enjoyed for up to 4 hours and then it will need to be disposed of. Please note we don’t supply the table itself.
CAN YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, we can - ALL allergies & dietary requirements must be made known at the time of ordering | booking. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed, Brown Box Bakes does not accept any responsibility, and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies. Every attempt to avoid cross-contamination will be made, but the kitchen handles a number of different kinds of food - I can not 100% guarantee a free from environment, so please bear this in mind when booking.
DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES | CUTLERY | NAPKINS?
Yes, Biodegradable Plates | Cutlery | Napkins are available at an extra charge of £1.50PP - who wants to be washing up?!
